These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Medbord website, digital properties, communications, materials, and any associated services, applications, or systems that may be made available from time to time (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from accessing or using the Platform.
1. PLATFORM ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL
The Platform is operated, administered, and maintained by Medbord Labs (“Medbord,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). All operational authority, governance, and decision-making related to the Platform are exercised exclusively by Medbord Labs, subject to applicable law.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating any partnership, employment relationship, agency, or joint venture between Medbord and any user.
2. PRE-LAUNCH STATUS AND INFORMATIONAL NATURE
The Platform is currently provided in a pre-launch and developmental state. Content, descriptions, materials, visuals, references, and communications made available through the Platform are informational in nature only and may reflect concepts, directions, or anticipated capabilities that are subject to change.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• The Platform is not yet a finalized or publicly released product
• Functionality, scope, and availability may evolve over time
• No representation is made regarding timelines, feature completion, or public release
• Access to the Platform does not imply participation in any future service
3. NO REPRESENTATION OF SERVICES OR OUTCOMES
At this stage, the Platform does not constitute a completed service offering. Medbord makes no representations or guarantees regarding:
• availability of any application or system
• operational readiness or deployment
• suitability for any particular purpose
• outcomes of any professional or organizational interaction
Any references to future capabilities are non-binding and do not create enforceable obligations.
4. INTENDED CONTEXT OF USE
The Platform is intended to exist within a professional and informational context. It may, at various stages of development, support communication, visibility, or interaction among individuals and organizations operating within the healthcare ecosystem.
However, nothing on the Platform shall be construed as:
• medical advice
• employment advice
• recruitment or placement services
• credential verification
• professional endorsement
All decisions made by users remain their sole responsibility.
5. USER INTERACTIONS AND SUBMISSIONS
Any interaction with the Platform, including submission of inquiries, messages, contact details, or other materials, is voluntary.
You acknowledge that:
• Submission of information does not create any obligation on Medbord
• Medbord is not required to respond, retain, or act upon submissions
• Submitted materials may be reviewed internally for evaluation or planning purposes
No submission shall be deemed confidential unless expressly agreed in writing.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All elements of the Platform, including but not limited to:
• trademarks
• logos
• designs
• text
• layouts
• software concepts
• system architecture
• branding elements
• proprietary methodologies
are the exclusive intellectual property of Medbord Labs or its licensors.
No rights, licenses, or permissions are granted except as expressly stated herein. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
7. FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENTS
The Platform may contain forward-looking statements reflecting current expectations or intentions regarding future development. Such statements are inherently uncertain and should not be relied upon as factual representations or guarantees.
Medbord assumes no obligation to update or revise forward-looking statements.
8. LIMITATION OF RELIANCE
You agree that your use of the Platform is undertaken at your own discretion and risk. You further agree that:
• You are not relying on the Platform as a substitute for professional judgment
• You will independently evaluate any information encountered
• Medbord shall not be responsible for decisions made based on Platform content
9. THIRD-PARTY REFERENCES
The Platform may reference or display links to third-party entities or materials for contextual or informational purposes. Medbord does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Medbord expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Medbord Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or relating to access to or use of the Platform.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if Medbord has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM
Medbord reserves the right to modify, expand, restrict, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Medbord Labs is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Medbord regarding access to and use of the Platform and supersede any prior communications or understandings.
